The coordination fee of a tailor made wedding from Weddings Under The Cyprus Sun is £400 Request a wedding consultation by clicking here Our wedding planner Cyprus service is as described below: * We will 'always' be available by email, fax or telephone prior to your wedding. * We will arrange the date, time & venue for your wedding ceremony and pre-book the appointment to get your wedding license. * A check list of the documents required to comply with the legalities of a Cyprus Wedding will be provided. * We will accompany you to the Town Hall to complete the license application and obtain your Special Wedding License. * After your arrival in Cyprus, we will meet you at a prearranged time, to discuss the final arrangements for your wedding. All aspects of your wedding day will be reviewed along with any last minute requests or arrangements. * All the elements of your wedding, such as flowers, cake, photography & transport will be arranged prior to your arrival in Cyprus with any small changes being made at the pre-wedding meeting. Floral Requirements *At Weddings Under The Cyprus Sun we are in the enviable position of having our own in-house English wedding florist who will liaise with us regarding your floral requirements. Transport *We will liaise with you regarding transportation requirements for the bridal couple and wedding party.
Photography *We will liaise with you and advise on photographic options available to you.
Wedding Beauty
Cake *We will liaise with you re: style, flavour and size of your wedding cake.
Wedding Reception: *We will liaise with you to determine your choice of reception venue.
Entertainment at Reception *We will liaise with you and obtain quotes for band/Dj/entertainers.
In the case of Religious ceremonies (which are arranged in addition to the civil wedding license) *We will coordinate with the Church prior to and throughout your wedding.
If you only need help with the arrangement of a wedding ceremony in Cyprus (i.e.: license and civil ceremony bookings) and do not require a coordinator on the day we are happy to assist. A fee of £200 will be charged to cover the administrative time involved. Additional services can be arranged for you on a % of cost basis.
