says Patricia Papamicheal owner of Board with Tiers
and having grown-up daughters of her own she knows all about creating the elegant wedding cakes of their dreams!
I recently met up with Patricia at The Atlantica Mirimare Hotel in Limassol where over a
coffee she told me all about Board With Tiers the Wedding and Celebration cake company she runs with her daughter.
Patricia comes from a strong catering back ground having learnt her trade in the Army
Catering Corps.
In 1980 the Papamichaels moved to Cyprus, where whilst raising their family Patricia and
husband Nic ran their popular Limassol Restaurant for 25 years.
Over the years Patricia has honed her cake making and sugar craft skills making elegant wedding and special celebration cakes on requests from friends and family throughout
the Limassol area.
More recently Patricia has decided to devote herself full time to her love of cake design forming her family run Wedding and Celebration cake company
