Our Cyprus wedding coordinator has a special admin only service thats perfect

when you just want a little Cyprus wedding help booking dates, dotting the I's and crossing those T's.

Whilst we love to be involved with our wedding clients from beginning to end creating wonderful weddings we do recognise that many of you would simply like some help with what can be the tricky administration side of arranging a destination wedding.

With this in mind we can offer this special Admin Only coordination service for your wedding in Cyprus.

Wedding 'Admin Only ' coordination service

Arranging the wedding license application appointment.

Arranging the wedding ceremony. (Date and Time)

Confirming both of the above with you.

Providing a detailed wedding documentation check list.

Receiving and pre-checking copies of your wedding documents.

Where necessary your copy docs will be faxed to the municipality wedding departments to be pre-checked.

Assisting you with the completion of your wedding license application form and forwarding it to the appropriate municipal wedding department in advance. This simplifies the license application appointment on the day making your Cyprus wedding administration process go smoothly!

*****The fee for this service is £200.*****

Wedding license, registrar and wedding venue fees (where applicable) are in addition and are payable directly to the municipality and/or venue in resort

Please note this service does not include a wedding consultant in attendance at the license appointment or on the wedding day.

If you require one or two additional coordination services such as:

Photography
Transportation
Floristry
Cake
Hair & Make-up
Etc...

An additional charge of £25 per element for coordination services will apply and does not include the actual cost of services or products arranged for you. Quotes will be obtained for you prior to your arrival in Cyprus and all deposits and balances are to be paid by you directly to the supplier.

Alternatively if you require multiple additional services and would like us to liaise with wedding venues you will find our Option Four service listed here more appropriate.

This Wedding Admin Only coordination package is intended for those who are happy to arrange the creative elements of the wedding themselves but want the reassurance that an experienced wedding planner has looked after the paperwork side of things for them.

We do have limited availability for our full coordination service for the 2011 wedding season due to high levels of business and staffing constraints but can offer the admin only service more comprehensively.
